Machine d'enduction de film protecteur PE<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

Cette machine est utilis\u00e9e pour produire des rouleaux jumbo de film de protection PE.<\/p>\n

Protection de surface pour les mat\u00e9riaux de construction, les appareils m\u00e9nagers et les produits \u00e9lectroniques<\/p>\n

a) Portes et fen\u00eatres en alliage d'aluminium, protection de la surface des t\u00f4les d'acier, t\u00f4les composites en aluminium
\nb) R\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, climatiseur, etc.
\nc) Protection temporaire de l'\u00e9cran des produits \u00e9lectroniques, etc.<\/p>\n

Les principales structures sont le d\u00e9rouleur, l'enrobeur, les fours de s\u00e9chage, l'unit\u00e9 de rouleau de refroidissement, l'enrouleur, le cadre, le conduit, le syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n

Introduction \u00e0 la fonction<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n

  1. D\u00e9rouleur : Lib\u00e8re le film vierge PE, prend manuellement\/automatiquement un nouveau rouleau de film vierge.
    \n2. Enduction : appliquer de la colle sur le film vierge, la m\u00e9thode d'enduction consiste \u00e0 utiliser une coucheuse \u00e0 rouleaux d'h\u00e9liogravure.
    \n3. Fours de s\u00e9chage : S\u00e9chage des mat\u00e9riaux, syst\u00e8me \u00e0 air chaud, la source de chaleur est fournie par l'utilisateur. Chaudi\u00e8re \u00e0 vapeur, po\u00eale \u00e0 air chaud,
    \nChaudi\u00e8re \u00e0 mazout \u00e0 transfert de chaleur, \u00e9lectrique notamment. La longueur du four est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par la capacit\u00e9 maximale requise par l'utilisateur.
    \n4. Rouleau de refroidissement : La mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re apr\u00e8s le s\u00e9chage \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature peut \u00eatre refroidie rapidement.
    \n5. Enrouleur : le mat\u00e9riau est enroul\u00e9 en rouleau, ce qui permet d'obtenir le film de protection PE en rouleau g\u00e9ant.
    \n6. Le dessin de la machine est fourni \u00e0 titre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et peut \u00eatre personnalis\u00e9 en fonction des besoins.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
