Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de superf\u00edcies para materiais de constru\u00e7\u00e3o, aparelhos dom\u00e9sticos, produtos electr\u00f3nicos<\/p>\n

a) Portas e janelas em liga de alum\u00ednio, prote\u00e7\u00e3o da superf\u00edcie da chapa de a\u00e7o, chapa composta de alum\u00ednio
\nb)Frigor\u00edfico, televis\u00e3o, ar condicionado, etc.
\nc) Prote\u00e7\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria do ecr\u00e3 de produtos electr\u00f3nicos, etc.<\/p>\n

As principais estruturas s\u00e3o o desbobinador, o revestidor, os fornos de secagem, a unidade de rolos de arrefecimento, o rebobinador, a estrutura, a conduta e o sistema el\u00e9trico.<\/p>\n

  1. Desbobinador: Libertar a pel\u00edcula PE em branco, recolha manual\/autom\u00e1tica de um novo rolo de pel\u00edcula em branco.
    \n2. Revestidor: revestir com cola a pel\u00edcula em branco, o m\u00e9todo de revestimento utiliza o revestidor de rolos de gravura.
    \n3. Fornos de secagem: Secagem dos materiais, sistema de ar quente, a fonte de calor \u00e9 fornecida pelo utilizador. Caldeira a vapor, fog\u00e3o a jato de \u00e1gua quente,
    \nCaldeira de transfer\u00eancia de calor a \u00f3leo, uma delas el\u00e9ctrica. O comprimento do forno \u00e9 determinado pela capacidade m\u00e1xima requerida pelo utilizador.
    \n4. Unidade de rolo de arrefecimento: A mat\u00e9ria-prima ap\u00f3s a secagem a alta temperatura pode ser arrefecida rapidamente.
    \n5. Rebobinador: rebobinando o material para um rolo, obt\u00e9m-se o rolo jumbo de pel\u00edcula protetora PE.
